The Customer Service is usually pretty good and professional overall but, I still have to say that it wouldn't hurt the stores Profits to hire an extra person that can FLOAT back and fowarth from assisting a Customer out on the floor to running back over to the cashier position to check someone out and get them headed on their way. I know we spend enough money for Advance to easily be able to afford the extra hand. I say that all RESPECTFULLY lol.
