    They are constantly low on staff or the staff is busy doing other things leading to ridiculous wait times in line. Some of the staff, particularly the folks who have been there for a long time, are incredible helpful and efficient. It's a clean store with pretty good stock, but I've had too many recent experiences when I wanted to run in and grab a few things and checkout but after waiting 5+ minutes without the line moving I just had to put it back on the shelves and leave. Hire more people.

    The place is very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Xavier helped me with buying a battery. I will definitely be coming here again. Would highly recommend.

    My visit at 4731 divine street advance.Auto was exceptional, thank you, thanks to Jemal and Aldi for their quick courteous, fast service in finding the needs that I had in the store.This is definitely a location you want to stop to get good quality service.

    I used to come to this location all the time. However the last 6 months when I go into this store, the female manager is always in a bad mood about something. Every time I’ve gone in there lately the employees are complaining about this and that. Her and the guy that sits in the back at the desk are always complaining about how the company is doing something wrong, and how they can’t stand working there anymore. Seems to me that if you’re in such a bad mood every day you need to get a new job. I used to think that maybe they were just having a bad day, but it’s been like that constantly now for as long as I can remember. I recently stopped going to this location and I visit the one up the road in the shopping center next to the PF on Garners Ferry. The employees are WAY more friendly and it doesn’t have the crappy atmosphere in the store that this location does. It’s a little further for me but I’d rather be in a store that appreciates my business and not one where the employees act like it’s an inconvenience just to ring me up and get my parts.

    I came here to get my battery tested because my car barely works. The guy at the desk said he was the only guy on the floor so he will have to clear it and then come out to my car. I waited for 20 minutes and went back inside and he finally was getting ready to come out. I heard him ask someone else if it was okay to come out and help me and they seemed to give him a hard time but he was going to come anyways. When he saw it was drizzling he said “not in the rain” and walked back inside without a word. I gave it a couple more minutes to see if he would come out again and he didn’t so I left. I have previously had good experiences here but I’m very upset with this interaction.
