Ms. Kim and Jess are absolutely amazing—incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about how well they treated me. This is hands down the best Advance Auto Parts I’ve ever walked into. The store is well-organized, clean, and even smells nice, which says a lot. You can tell the team here is properly trained and truly cares about the customer experience. Anytime I need anything, this will be my go-to location. Outstanding customer service all around.

The store manager requires her staff to add insurance to wiper blade purchases without asking the customer, charging them without their knowledge. Kinda messed up ngl. She'll add brake cleaner to any purchase of braking equipment, regardless of if you have it or not. She also requires the "MVP" purchase to any qualifying parts to raise prices, talking about "metrics". Not only that, the store manager lacks knowledge without her little computer. They had an issue with a pontiac vibe one day, and I happened to be around and took a look - main fuse blew. I reccomened taking it to Toyota.... only for her to say snarkily "Um... it's a GM so no i dont see where you came to that conclusion but okay." Uh.... pontiac vibe has a 1.8 motor ripped out of a Toyota corolla OR the GT has a 2.4 from a camry.....GM only made the trim. I didn't need a computer for that basic knowledge yet was met with hostility after taking time out of my day to check something out FOR them. I reccomend NAPA for most parts purchases until this store is under new management. As a certified parts specialist (P2) and a mechanic as well- I don't reccomend going to a store like forest drive. Advance on Garners Ferry is great though!

Had to re-ringup the items after I made them remove the insurance. Watch buying products from this particular store because they'll charge you extra for insurance when it's not required.
