Twice I have gone through only to find out their rinser didn’t work and because they didn’t let me know before hand I had to leave with a soapy truck. No apologies, both times they simply said, “oh yeah it broke earlier today. Take 5 also will spray down your vehicle before you enter the car wash. At this location, I’m lucky to one pass on a bumper or quarter panel. I understand these guys get paid minimum wage but you have one simple job.
