  My parents just went there to look at campers with the intent to buy, but after the absolutely horrid behavior by this locations employees, my parents were immediately turned off from ever going to a camping World location. To tell my parents that unless they were ready to buy right now, they didn't even want to allow them to LOOK at campers. How could you even know if you want to buy something if your not allowed to even SEE THEM. Even after persisting to see the campers the employee was dismissive and unhelpful. I strongly urge people to not go to this location, they hire terrible employees, and do not deserve your business! We will never go to camping World for buisness, and neither will anyone we know. Their disrespectful employees have just lost them a lot of customers!

  Was told over phone they could service a chest fridge I have and tried to act like they didn't talk to me. Haven't heard good things about them. But they said they couldn't help me cause they don't sell the brand I have.. which I told the person there all the information about it and he said sure bring it in.. was disappointed that they didn't even try!!!

  Welp, I wouldn’t be typing this out, except I had 5 hours to sit with my thoughts while waiting on staff to fix issues on our trailer that should’ve been taken care of prior to us coming to pickup our trailer. We had a great experience with the sales team while initially walking through and purchasing the trailer. Bought a trailer, they held it for a few weeks, and we came back to drive it off the lot. When we came back, nobody other than the initial salesman seemed to know what was going on. Had no idea we already purchased a trailer on their lot, didn’t have the supplies ready to install on the trailer for towing, and when doing the walkthrough to make sure everything worked, we found 7 issues with the mechanics (water hoses, speakers, tv connection, etc, that were broken and needed fixed). We came at 9am right at opening, as we had an 8hr drive ahead of us. Instead of the usual hour or two to get everything wrapped up, they took over 6+ hours and honestly really messed up our schedule to get this back to our home state. No real apologies or explanations, and just a lot of skirting around the issues and taking a very leisurely approach to getting everything taken care of so we could get on the road.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I recommend steering clear of here. You cannot trust them. Customer service is terrible, it makes you wonder where they find their staff. A phone call this afternoon with a very rude female employee has ensured we will never return there for business.Now, off to file the same complaint with BBB, if they're even associated.

  So wife I decided to stop by camping world today to take a physical look at a used camper that we seen on there website so we get there and the whole process seemed off from the jump the sale rip seemed like he was in a rush and didn’t want to hear what we was saying we wanted to see but he was definitely ready to get us in a office and put numbers on paper and pull credit at that point I had to really speak up and say again what I was there for in order for him to understand and he took us right to the one I was talking about at this point the wife and I was kinda on the ready to really do some paperwork but things took turn for the worst some how the sale rip said he needed to see the truck just to make sure it was compatible to what I needed for the rv cool I thought we all goes to the truck and just my luck it wasn’t compatible so he says that camping world could do all the upgrades to the truck changing it from a 4 way to a 7 way great I thought so he walked us back into the in store and said let him put some numbers together and he will be right back ok so after sitting there for about a hour or longer and looking at him just talking he and laughing with other sales reps and other employees, we figured he just forgot all about us like where was the Communication other sales reps started asking us was we OK or if we needed anything when he realized that we was getting up to walk out because he was being treated like we was nobody then he had something to say. I was very disappointed with this treatment and I understand that it’s a very busy season for them, but if he was just that busy, he could’ve let us go on with our day and allow us to talk to somebody else that would have made time for us I honestly felt judged from the moment we walked in the door from his demeanor and the way he was rushing us to get in the office to do paperwork, but I hated to inform him but we wasn’t there because of tax money we was there because we worked hard and saved for a year to be able to purchase the toys we want
