    The gentleman heard me ask him explicitly if the oil was full synthetic. He did not inform me that this computer “suggested” European full synthetic and up-charged me on that. They also charged me for a filter that should've been included and if it wasn’t it should’ve been stated. When my dad spoke with him he was very rude and lied saying that I knew it was European synthetic and I’ve never heard such thing. I don’t enjoyed being overcharged because I’m a girl and lied on because he messed up If 0 stars was an option I’d pick it

    Tripp and his team provided superb customer service with my oil change/tire rotation. Very thorough with all checks and service was excellent! Definitely will return for future services. Thank you all so much!

    Customer service experience here was exceptional and a prime example of how the customer should be treated. Each employee was attentive and a pleasure to work with. Friendly, informative, quick and professional. The guys worked great as a team and communicated with one another throughout the oil change. I always enjoy coming to this location for that reason and I will continue to come back. In general, I wish all customer service experiences were as good as this but sadly the world has lost sight of what customer service truly is.
