  I brought my truck to Tyler and the other gentleman, I can never remember his name to diagnose it, had a cylinder one misfire. They looked at it same day, and got a hold of me. They always bail me out of odd situations and I appreciate them!!! I meant to post this a couple days ago, and completely forgot to until now.

  Buying a tire isn’t always the most pleasurable experience, but Mavis Tire in Lake Wylie completely changed that for me. Josh and the rest of the crew were absolutely amazing—friendly, honest, and efficient from start to finish. Josh even took the extra step to give me a tire gauge so I can make sure my tire pressure stays where it should moving forward. That level of care really stood out. Highly recommend this location if you want great service and people who genuinely look out for you!

  I came in for an oil change and had a great experience. They were super helpful and attentive, and had me in and out in less than an hour. I really appreciated the quick and friendly service!

  Took my truck in for an alignment at the Lake Wylie location and after Chip had inexperienced kids hook up the alignment machine to do what he called a "partial alignment to only set the toe" because the guys that was there was not "qualified" to do alignments... Those were his words. So the the alignment sensors they put on the wheels was set up wrong giving a false reading on the alignment causing all sorts of issues including phone calls and return trips and a lot of wasted time. Finally Mark who is amazing btw seems to be the only mechanic who knows what they are doing. He did the alignment perfect. However Chip on the other hand was so rude and never apologized for all the trouble he caused. And before Mavis responds to this asking me to call them I already responded to the email questionnaire and sent emails to customer service explaining all of this in detail to which I never received a response.

  I’m writing another review because I can’t find my original one. At the beginning of the year, I brought my vehicle in for brand-new brakes and an oil change and spent around $1,200. About a week later, the brakes started squeaking badly—worse than before I even brought the car in. When I called, the person who answered the phone made a comment under his breath, saying that because I didn’t buy the brakes directly from the dealer, they would continue to squeak. I questioned him about it, and he then told me to bring the car back in. I brought it back, and they lubed the brakes, but the squeaking came back weeks later. I returned again, and this time the owner looked at it and lubed them again. Unfortunately, the brakes still continue to squeak. Now, toward the end of the year, this issue has never been properly resolved, despite multiple visits. I’m extremely upset about the amount of time, money, and effort I’ve had to waste trying to fix a problem that should have been handled correctly the first time. Spending this much money and still dealing with the same issue is unacceptable.
