The team went above and beyond getting it off for me and the only cost was a replacement filter. For that matter, the manager offered to use the filter that I had already purchased but it was the least I could do was to buy a filter from them. I highly recommend this location if you need any service.

Long story short, Take 5 completely messed up my car with an oil change (do not ever go there!), so I pulled into the first place I found. The guys at Jiffy Lube treated me with such understanding and grace, writing down everything that was wrong so I could make my claim, changing my oil, and even chatting with me. To make matters even better, their price was way cheaper! Jiffy Lube, you have earned a new customer for life!
