Even though they didn’t have the exact tire size I needed, these folks put my spare on and gave options of where I could check for a tire…..and they didn’t even charge me!! Great customer service. The manager and the other employee were awesome!!
- SCSean Corey3 days ago2.0My car died in the Publix parking lot on Tuesday, so I took the fastest course of action and went to jiffy lube to get a new battery. Asked them if they sold them, they said yes and to have my vin ready, and said someone will be with me to help shortly. It took them an hour to return and help again. During the time I was trying to get some one to come and pick me up to go somewhere else. Eventually they came back and sold it to me, and the process took maybe 10 minutes not even. The only good thing about this experience was the student discount, and there’s a three year warranty on the battery.

Next time I will save myself the trip and just have her take the car in herself!

The last 3, the tire pressure was never adjusted even though I purchased tires here; I had to go buy an oil filter since you didn’t carry the right one and this time you did not offer me a discount when I unfortunately paid for a Groupon at a different Jiffy Lube.Then the manager STOOD in the bay so we had to back out instead of pull through. Will tell all the Clemson alumni and others not to use this Jiffy Lube. Happy to use any other oil change facility. Horrible service and ridiculous incompetence.
