- JCJ CoxFeb 28, 20261.0Went here for the first time for a tire rotation and oil change. It was crowded so it took approximately 1.5 hours. They told me I needed to replace my cabin air filter (I did), my engine air filter (did not need a replacement), and wanted to charge me over $80 to do both on top of their already high prices relative to other service stations in the area. I denied both over the phone, and when I picked up my car, the AC was making a new noise, all my light settings had been altered, and several of my other settings had been messed with. I went down the road to advanced auto, purchased the new filters and installed them myself in 20 minutes for a total of $27. When I replaced the air cabin filter, I learned they had not re-installed my glove box properly (they removed the cabin filter to show me how dirty it was). Don’t go here, especially as a female. The services are over-priced relative to other places in the area and poor quality, and I feel they intentionally messed with my car after I denied the suggested services.

Be cautious if you have a German made car, like an Audi, they don't always know how to drain the oil, check the oil level, and reset the service reminders.
