- TJThe Jacksons5 days ago1.0Attention College kids. Do not go to this Auto Zone. My 18 year old daughter visited to have antifreeze added and got very little help. She had to ask 2 older men to please help and they still refused to assist. They just verbally told a girl what to do and it could have been a disaster. When someone is asking for help please have some compassion. And it’s a business and customer service should be standard.

I wanted to go to autozone because I knew, well thought, they would be knowledgeable and helpful, they weren’t that at all. I asked the man to take a look at my battery and simply look my car up. I went to go check something in my car that he needed and walked back in hearing him and his coworker making fun of me and called me stupid. So I just left, can’t believe that a grown man at his age would act like a child.
