There is a young chubby kid working in there I walked in asking for some Lucas hub oil he took me to the greeses.... And I said no we need the oils and then the phone rang so he just walked off....... I walked around and looked He's trying to tell me he cannot find anything in the store without a year model of the vehicle.... I'm trying to explain to him it's not for a vehicle it's for an 18-wheeler Jeep wheel! He still argued with me so I just walked back there and looked myself and it was on the other side of the island where he went to the greases when I brought it up to the counter to pay for it I told him where it was he said well that's what I was trying to tell you we can't find it without a year model and so I gave up The argument with this child that obviously had no idea what he was doing and told him I just expect you to do your job I should not have to do it for you. He then said would you like a refund? I said that I ask for a refund All I did was ask you to do your job. He absolutely has no idea what he's doing and is very rude to the customers especially women

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
