I have tried contacting this location multiple times since then, but the phone number only routes to a general line and does not allow direct contact with this specific site. I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. This is very frustrating, especially since I am from out of town and cannot easily return. I am hoping the staff recovered the part and that management will reach out to resolve this situation promptly. Please contact me as soon as possible to address the damage and next steps.

Today we sat in line waiting for the gate to open with no assistance until I walked up and got someone to help, in the meantime, at least 7 others cars that were behind us went though ahead of us because of this.
