  We were facing an hour plus wait in the Budget line after our flight into Charleston had been delayed by 2 hours. Elisabeth at the National counter was amazingly kind. Helping us to rent a car. She was very friendly and exquisitely professional. Her kindness really made our day.

  Don’t rent from here if you live in South Carolina. They charge you extra and told me it’s because I live in South Carolina.

  EDIT 4/2/2026: Changed from 1⭐ to 3⭐ Good people saved National's bacon. One of the attendants, nice dude - he seemed to genuinely care about getting me into the car I needed - he found me options and put me into what I needed. Even offered to put me into a Miata hardtop - so tempted but not for a roadtrip. - thank you, shaggy-brown-hair-beard guy ❤️ ORIGINAL Been with National Executive Elite for years. Today I decided to move to Hertz President's Circle. Waited at National at least 30min, 2 cars in executive row !!? no cars coming in. Attendents nice enough but couldn't get me a decent car.
