  Walked in this morning with my truck to get a quote for painting the front bumper. I was ready to move forward and schedule the work the same day. From the moment I walked in, the front desk experience was terrible. No greeting (even after I said good morning), attitude, side-eye, and just overall unprofessional behavior. When asked if I was paying through insurance or out of pocket, I said out of pocket. Instead of helping, she handed me a website and told me to request a quote online and that I’d hear back within an hour. The entire day passed and I never received anything. No follow-up, no estimate, nothing. Luckily, I trusted my instincts and went to another body shop nearby. Completely different experience — greeted right away, they brought a technician out within minutes, discussed the repair and pricing on the spot, and I was able to leave my truck with them the same day. Save yourself the time and frustration — go somewhere that actually values your business. Update: After their reply I checked my email address and still nobody has sent me an estimate...

  I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass. From the start, Emily and Mouse were professional, helpful, and made the process easy to schedule. Throughout the repair, Emily kept me updated with regular text messages, which I really appreciated. When I picked up my car, I was very impressed with the quality of the work—it looked amazing, especially after being thoroughly cleaned and washed. The pickup process was quick and seamless. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass and truly enjoyed working with Emily and Mouse. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Getting rear ended was not fun. Meeting Mouse at the front desk was a blast! She and her coworker Emily provided 5 star service and were fun to talk too. Unexpected things happen in life, and the fear of the unknown can be very disconnecting. I am glad I got to connect with Mouse and Emily and share some laughs.

  Really not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My experience was great! State Farm sent my car here to have collision repairs and there wasn't one issue. I got continuous updates during the repair process of my vehicle, it was cleaned upon my arrival to pick up and the staff were wonderful!
