  Colin Delano, the gentleman who rented to us at the Marina location in Mt Pleasant SC, exhibited exceptional kindness, pleasantness, courtesy, consideration, patience, and helpfulness. His professional demeanor was complemented by a warm and friendly personality. Under his guidance, the rental experience surpassed my expectations, making it one of the most enjoyable I have ever encountered. The rental van proved to be an invaluable asset, seamlessly accommodating our family’s needs during the trip. In summary, the overall experience was remarkable and unforgettable, to the extent that we are inclined to rent from Enterprise again with Colin Delano.

  Rental place good and employee accommodating/ nice but did not get what we initially rented and the car we got was horrible.

  Highly recommend this location, Mini van we rented for our family vacation was returned to wrong location. Due to our schedule constraints we could not pick up elsewhere as this location is most convenient. Colin/Enterprise went above and beyond to ensure it was there for us and communicated when ready. This is our second time renting from this location and it will be my local rental car go to. They care about their customers and their rental needs.
