  I recently rented a vehicle from this location. On Saturday I picked it up, Brandon was inside checking guests in, even though it was pretty busy I observed him being polite and professional to each and every guest not making anyone feel rushed or anything, amazing customer service, thank you Brandon. Rose D did the check over with me on the vehicle, she has some amazing customer service, again even though it was busy she didn’t make me feel rushed or anything, it was a very pleasant experience from the time I got there until the time I drove away. I returned the vehicle today and was helped by Alex, again top notch customer service answering all my questions and was polite and kind the whole time, thank you to you all for such amazing service!

  Top notch team that runs this location - 2nd busiest in Charleston to the airport, so there's consistent check-ins and returns - plan for a delay in getting car right away. Personable customer service and very pleasant every time. I rent through their website to guarantee a smoother check-in process for all parties involved. Car exterior cleanliness could be better but they're willing to touch up before you drive off. This is my go-to location every time!

  This location customer service is awful after calling for months I was told I was placed on a do not rent list, and also informed the rental vehicle had to be picked up by staff which never happen. The new manager there took being overwhelmed with my issue and didn’t look further into my problem. I was also told the district manager was unable to talk to me upon asking for her number. Being a business owner myself this is very unacceptable

  I rented a car with this branch back in October. I was charged for an extra day that I was told wouldn’t happen. I have been calling customer service to get this fixed since October. I have called over 15 times at this point and no one has given me a call back to get this fixed. Every time I call, the representative tells me that they have submitted a ticket and that the manager of the Charleston branch will call me back. I am extremely frustrated and upset with their lack of response especially after I have called multiple times. I was even told one day that the refund was processing and would be in my account shortly. Nothing has happened. I have always had great care and no issues with enterprise but this experience has been awful. All I am requesting at this point is a call back from a manger to discuss this rental. I was recently told to file a complaint on the website. I have submitted multiple of these tickets since October and still have not heard back from anyone.

  Due to our vehicle being in the repair shop, we were told to use this particular Enterprise location to get a loaner - which is close to an hour drive from our home. Days before, we spoke to a person on management staff to arrange the car, and he assured us he’d have a car for us. We paid for an Uber to drive us out to this Savannah Hwy location, and arrived for our reserved car, only to be told there was at least an hour wait and they had no available cars. The same person who made the reservation with us on the phone (even asking us what model car we wanted and assuring us he’d have a car for us), was very flippant and unprofessional. We asked why couldn’t we have been notified by a phone call or text before travelling close to an hour to this location to arrive to no car? He said they didn’t do that. What!?? So unprofessional, flippant, overwhelmed, rude, and completely out of his depth as a manager. What was the point of reserving a car and making an appointment? We had to Uber the hour back home with no car. No apologies. No concern. No courtesy. No care. No regard to reservations. No sense of trying to figure out the situation. Nothing about this was professional. NOTHING! There were tons of people sitting around everywhere waiting for rentals with their luggage- looking exhausted and frustrated. This is NO way to run a service company. *And, speaking from experience, when the company says they’d like to “discuss further”, they do NOT return calls (even when “escalated”), nor does the website contact info they give offer any help. Dismal location and company!
