  Tire choice saved my day! Had a flat tire very late in the day, they made sure to help me as soon as I arrived. Trararis the store manager was super kind and helpful. Eric the assistant manager replaced my tire very quickly.

  When I got to work I discovered that there was a nail in my tire in a place that i know is not repairable so i went and made an online appointment at another repair shop up the street from this and when I arrived they said that I could not be seen because they already had a booking at that time and to maybe try another location of theirs on the way to that location i saw Tire Choice and that it was not looking too busy so I went in and asked if they had availability and was able to get it replaced within an hour for a decent price

  The staff were not very busy and did not acknowledge my presence until after about 10 minutes. This is unacceptable in any service based business. People are already unhappy about needing tire repairs. A polite "Hello" and "Welcome to Tires Choice, we will be right with you" would have taken very minimal effort. However, the staff was very helpful after they did manage to wait on me. The price for the repair was a bit high but I was in a bind and probably won't be returning because of it.

  I took my AWD car to Tire Choice for a nail in my tire. The nail was removed, but the tire was not patched or properly repaired, which caused it to fail immediately afterward. As a result, I had to replace all four tires and lost work because the car was unsafe to drive. Corporate refused to cover the full cost. I am still seeking reimbursement, and I cannot recommend this location. Luckily i wasnt on the highway when my tire failed or i could've seriously injured myself or somebody else.

  We presented our car warranty information because of an air conditioner issue in the car. They made copies of the sad #Warranty in addition that told us about a differential issue and we advised them about the warranty information. Come to find out that they could not get the parts for the differential situation And we paid out-of-pocket to have the air conditioner fixed. We had to take it in after the first time because it wasn’t cooling like it should we were told the equipment wasn’t working I submitted what we paid for the air conditioner bill to the warranty company and was told that if the company tire choice did not contact them about the report about the repair it would not be covered When I contacted the shop. I was told it was a mishap and that specifically Eric would get back to me all I was asking was maybe a credit for a future repair on the car however nothing was done. Thank you.
