  I had a great experience with all my interactions with the team at SpeeDee, they took the time to give me a detailed consultation over the phone, offered a great price and did a great job in a timely manner getting my car back on the road- its been running smoothly with no issues. I will definitely come back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and professional customer service

  They were fast on Wed morning with no wait time. They charge double than what Midas charges for oil change. I wished I had known that. Crazy. So now I'm updating my review. So Joe called me on the phone after reading my review and asked me how can they make it right. This to me was just as shocking as the original price of the oil change. I said, I dunno. He told me to come back to the shop and they'll give me $20. So I did and they honored that. It all seems kind of strange to me.

  I'm new in town and needed work. Chose this place based on ratings and I can see why. Impressed with the service, but more impressed with how the owner talked to the customers. Went above and beyond in helping a gentleman get his car ready to sell - complete with all the car’s history. Didn't have to do that. Told a friend about my experience and they stated they’ve been taking their car there for over 20yrs.

  Knowing they open at 8am, I arrived at 7:40 to ensure I'd be first. Super friendly & professional guy named Alvin greets me immediately upon my arrival and says I'll get you in right now. Awesome for me since I needed to get to work asap after the servicing. Another guy named Myles, again very friendly and professional, was patient and thorough as he reviewed all things going on with my F150. He answered all my questions (and I had several) and collaboratively, we arrived at a solid game plan to address a couple to-do issues on this visit and my next visit as well. The entire time, I felt like I was truly being taken care of, which at many auto shops just doesn't happen. Overall, a terrific experience...I am a customer for life. Thank you Alvin and Myles!

  Even after “discounts”, oil change costed more than the dealership. Offered a “deal” on a brake flush (that I did legit need), that ended up coming out of the “deal” they offered on the oil change. Guess I should have left, come back, and had the brake flush done so that I could get both “deals”. Overall, decently pleasant experience, but this place is definitely the typical scam-adjacent sort of oil change place. Definitely not a scam, but also definitely not a cheap alternative to the dealer. Also, they wanted $50 to change the cabin air filter. If you think that is a fair price, you should for sure go to this location for all of your work.
