He explains and doesn't try to scare you into an upcharge. As a woman, I really appreciate not being taken advantage of. The store in Mt Pleasant quoted me $100 for the work, but had to cancel as their tire balance machine broke. They referred me to this location. Scheduled service over the phone & was quoted $100. When I arrived for the service today, I asked to confirm price & was now told $160. They told me I could take it or leave it, so I left. First the manager told me the owner sets the price, so I asked why 2 different prices for each location that is owned by same person. Then he says the manager sets the price. So I guess this manager pockets the difference. I won’t return to either Spee Dee in the future, can’t be trusted
