  Pretty much got the worst truck ever after having a reservation in for 2 weeks for them to know what we needed (26ft and a car trailer). Started with check in where they weren’t even sure they had what we needed. Then out of all the size requirement matching trucks they decided to give us one with a busted mirror which wasn’t safe the entire drive to Las Vegas. At one point it came off completely and we had to buy tape so we could have something. The truck engine lights came on and we could barely go over 35 on some inclines because of torque issues. (Yes the truck is weighed down but the engine wasn’t having it) Penske is meeting us at our unload which is super pushed back to tow the truck away. At least the roadside service people were nice.

  They rented me a truck that had been in a wreck. Once all my possessions were loaded, the ramp broke from the prior damage, and got stuck halfway out. I had to call their roadside assistance, who took 3 hours to repair it. In the meantime, the movers had to leave for the day. I was stuck without a bed to sleep on, clean clothes, toiletries, or access to my medications overnight. After I brought the truck back to Home Depot, not only did I have to fight to get them to return my entire deposit, they charged my credit card for an extra day without telling me. I will NEVER use this company again. EDIT: I can't reply to what the owner said, so I'll put it here. I already spoke to your "manager" on the phone. He fed me a bald-faced lie that I was receiving a refund. It never materialized. I'm not wasting my breath talking to you anymore. I'd rather use it to tell everyone else to avoid you like the plague.
