- EGErin GallahornJun 17, 20232.0Pretty much got the worst truck ever after having a reservation in for 2 weeks for them to know what we needed (26ft and a car trailer). Started with check in where they weren’t even sure they had what we needed. Then out of all the size requirement matching trucks they decided to give us one with a busted mirror which wasn’t safe the entire drive to Las Vegas. At one point it came off completely and we had to buy tape so we could have something. The truck engine lights came on and we could barely go over 35 on some inclines because of torque issues. (Yes the truck is weighed down but the engine wasn’t having it) Penske is meeting us at our unload which is super pushed back to tow the truck away. At least the roadside service people were nice.

- RGRobert GrimmJun 1, 20191.0I rented a 16' truck and car hauler in Sioux falls sd to move to mount pleasant sc. I urge you to think through your move and use another company. My vehicle had a broken cruise control, squeaky belts and most importantly faulty brakes that vibrated and took 5 times the normal stopping distance to stop the vehicle. A 21 hour trip took 32 hours and Penske's response was to give half off the trip. I darn near died and they responded with half off. Shameful! Be safe and go elsewhere.
