    Did not get size car I reserved & paid for. Car is a clunker- rough ride & loud. Also had many many scratches & dings & I was assured it would be noted- when I got the rental agreement it said “no damage noted”. Called- agent took verbal description of issues & said it would be noted. Got an email with revised agreement (& reduction in price due to car size issue) & still says “no damage noted”. Car goes back tomorrow. Have to get there with plenty of time to contest scratches etc -I anticipate problems.
