I quickly saw some bad reviews and after reading a more recent one it sounds like they gave everyone the same excuse that they were overwhelmed. My MB needed to be towed so I went through their roadside assistance and they called Moore. They told me it would be at least 222 minutes! well I assumed I had no other choice so I waited ..after two hours I called again and received a frazzled answer stating that they were extremely busy and it would probably be at least another hour and a half. Long story short after waiting four hours they finally showed up with the wrong type of tow truck equipment even though they knew exactly what model I had. I now had to wait for a new company to arrive. Incredibly horrible service do not ever use them !!!

I said that’s good with me. 45 minutes had passed and no tow. I called again and the person said he had two cars he was dropping off and it would be another 45 minutes. I was taken aback, but I said ok see you in 45 minutes. Over an hour passed and still no driver. I called again to check the eta on my tow. STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I tried calling again five minutes after. No answer, but this time it went straight to voicemail after one ring. That means they hung up the phone. I waited a little longer hoping the tow would come, but after over two hours of waiting I had to call another company to get me. If you were unable to complete the service, I would completely understand, but at the very least let ME know that you were unable to come anymore. Overall, disappointing service, lying about arrival time, and straight up just ghosting me. This was just terrible and highly advise any one else not to hire this company for emergency tow services!
