The manager isn't allowed to refund and the owner has yet to reach out to me about a refund or to even apologize for my second experience that you can read about below this paragraph. Its been 6 days now. Clearly I won't be getting my money back. So I'll be writing Jiffy's corporate office. Reporting to the BBB and SC consumer affairs. Well just like that with in a week I have to change my review. I came back with my second car as I said I would, but this time the experience almost caused me to blow my engine, plus as I write this im losing money at work. My low oil pressure light came on and then my engine light came on. Luckily I was close to home and when my husband checked the oil stick and looked under the car guess who didn't have and oil. The day this happened when I pulled up there were two cars in the bay. One left and they were still working on the other. I sat for about 10 to 15 min before someone noticed me. They said we'll be with you as soon as we finish which was about another 10 to 15 minutes. When they finished a truck pulled up behind me at the same time. They greeted him and had us both pull into the bay area. I noticed that an hour had already gone by since I originally pulled up, so when I saw them going back and forth working on both of us at the same time and I had an appointment I needed to get to. I asked that they focus on me so that I could get out of there well it resulted in me losing all the oil within 36 hours. I want my money back and I won't be back again.
