When we arrived, the lobby was packed, yet the gentlemen working there remained calm, cool, and collected. They greeted everyone warmly and worked together in a friendly, relaxed manner. What really stood out was that they took their time with each customer and never made anyone feel rushed. The car itself was spotless, filled with more than half a tank of gas (which made our trip even easier), and the car didn’t smell like smoke at all! When I returned the car, I noticed a different set of employees, but they carried the exact same attitude - professional, calm, and courteous. The consistency in customer service was truly impressive. I highly recommend this location for your next rental. Hats off to these fellas for their impeccable customer service! And many thanks to Quentin and Alex for helping my family and I!

While that I completely understand that there is probably a higher demand for rentals at the time, I would appreciate it if Enterprise found a way to have a more than ONE rental car available. •Second, no employee there knew how to apply my AAA membership discount. Nor did they know anyone who could guide me. •When I tried to schedule a reservation through AAA, no Enterprise employee helped me with this reservation process. They left to speak with the AAA agent by myself.

Upon arrival at the Enterprise Savannah Highway store, Mr. Garrett Arana took care of us. He was very professional, an excellent communicator and made certain all our questions were answered. He knew that our time is valuable and worked efficiently to get us on our way. Next time we're on that side of town and need a rental, Garrett will get our call.
