- LLLorrie Lollar5 days ago2.0I had a scheduled 8:00 AM pickup at a repair shop through my insurance company. I didn’t leave the truck, so, I went directly to the Enterprise branch. Upon entering, I was told they were “not open yet,” despite the door being unlocked. After stepping back outside and returning—because I remembered someone was supposed to meet me at 8:00 AM—I saw an employee locking the door. I knocked and waved, but he deliberately ignored us until another employee told him to respond. I was once again told they were not open and would not be helped until seven minutes later. Then we observed other customers being allowed inside. Once inside, a representative told me that the car I reserved was unavailable but that I had two upgraded vehicles to choose from at no extra cost. However, the employee who walked us out contradicted this immediately, only showed us one vehicle, discouraged me from viewing the second, and then claimed the other option would require additional payment. His dismissive tone was unprofessional and made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

They provided a shuttle from the collision center to their location, which I truly appreciated during a stressful time. The woman who assisted me was professional, friendly, and had me in and out within minutes… the customer service was excellent. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the vehicle wasn’t cleaned quite to the standard I expected. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could have been cleaner.
