- CBC. BrownOct 18, 20251.0Rental vehicle battery died in my driveway after sitting for a few days. It was completely dead so it was clear it wasn't a good battery to begin with. Office wouldn't answer the phone the first two attempts and when they finally did, they put us on indefinite hold for more than 25 minutes. Gave up and called the roadside assistance number, and they sent a tow truck and an Uber to take my husband to pick up my vehicle from the shop. Such a ridiculous pain and no one from the office ever called us back.

I found the car to be incredibly uncomfortable and just hard to use things like the radio and the navigation system. I returned back the next day and a darling young lady sweetly explained how to. The heat index was probably 101! Excellent customer service! We use Enterprise car rental wherever we go. Customer service is always outstanding!
