    Ms. Rhonda at the customer service counter at Charleston International Airport was EXEXCEPTIONAL! She gave my initial impression of my experience with Enterprise a SUPERIOR rating! The vehicle was clean and ran smoothly! Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the exceptional technician who checked my car in, but I want to give her kudos for her EXEMPLARY professionalism and her OUTSTANDING courtesy!     I returned a car at the Charleston airport on 2.2.26 headed back to Dallas Texas. After walking a good distance with heavy luggage to the terminal to check in, I discovered that I left my phone in the rental. I had an hour before boarding and there was no way I could walk back to the actual rental with my luggage and make it back on time without falling out. I went to the Enterprise counter that was very close to where I was and spoke to a gentleman who called the guys where the car was and told them what had happened. They told him that I would need to walk back to them to get it. I knew I had to do it because I had no choice so I turned around to prepare for the hike. After a few steps, I decided to go back and ask if I could leave my luggage because it would make my walk easier and quicker. The gentleman asked someone who I imagine was his manager if he could go get my phone for me. He told me to go wait at my check in spot and that he’d be back. He did just that. I’d never left my phone anywhere so this was definitely a little scary but he came through for me and I didn’t miss a beat with my flight. I did not get his name but he knows who he is and I’m grateful to God for his kindness that he’d shown to me. He didn’t have to do it but he did.

    Reserved the car on line from O’Hare in Chicago. Picked up the car at Charleston airport. The process was easy. Car was comfotable and clean. The drive to Conway, SC was very pleasant. Turn in was easy with no surprises. I’ve always had no issues with Enterprise. Easy peazy
