I went out of my way to this autozone thinking I’d get better service since the last autozone on remount replaced my high beam lights instead of the low beams I asked for. I walked into the store this morning and there was no greeting upon walking in and no one to be found. I finally saw an individual and asked if they could help me … they were reluctant on answering me and looked around like they wanted to ask someone else to help me. After noticing he is the only employee up front he couldn’t even ask me what I needed help with. I stated I needed coolant for my vehicle. The individual, who I should have gotten his name from, attempted to look outside to see what vehicle I drove instead of asking me for the year make and model. Again after I noticed what he was doing I then had to tell him my vehicle info. The employee showed me the screen and said these are the options and just stared at me instead of helping me locate what I needed within the store. I then had to go search for what I needed (oh well) thankfully I was able to find it with out asking for help a second time. It’s then time for me to check out. Two people are now at the registers but no one really seemed to have the initiative to say “hey we will get you checked out” I had to ask if the same person could help me… as I’m checking out I asked if they could please assist me with putting the coolant in my car and I was told no, they aren’t allowed to help which just seems so bizarre! You guys can install batteries, test batteries and starters, loan out tools but can’t help me put a little bit of fluid in my car? What a joke! Please hire some people in here that WANT to do their job and want to help people cause the people in there today were not interesting in helping at all.
