I saw the manager (#1) enter the store and I asked him to help. He attempted to install the same part and after a few attempts said they were not the right part. He got another part and attempted to install them but he could not. While trying to put an incorrect part on, he broke a Volvo Factory retaining device that holds the windshield washer hose in place. So, then he looked up another part # and said it would not need the retaining clip because they were integrated in the 3rd set of wipers. These were ordered at a cost of $121 including shipping! They were supposed to be delivered the following day. After 4-5 days I was told by the Lady who was the Actual Manager who had been out for a week that yes, they were in the store. Then after looking, she said no they were there but now they were not.!!!!!!!!!!! I got a refund and was told the shipping charges were not refundable, COMPANY POLICY. Charged for something that I never received!! I found out why the wipers disappeared. After my research showed me that those wipers would not fit either. So, when Manager #2 discovered that same fact, they were returned to wherever they came from. I was lied to about why they were not there. According to #2, it was a mysterious accident. SO, I got 2 refunds (minus said shipping costs) and a wiper arm that is missing a retainer clip that is impossible to find. GREAT SERVICE
