We had reserved a rental online and on day of pick up for a trip out of town we were denied being able to rent because of the specific type of credit card we had. Even after speaking to corporate Alamo who said yes they accept those cards the woman at the counter continued to refuse. They need to get their employees on the same page and massively improve their customer service expectations. We went to Budget across the way and had an excellent experience.
