I have had difficulty with a few tire stores in the past (not in SC) where they tried to tell me certain things needed repair, when they really did not. I took my wife's van to Mavis in Chapin for new tires. They were professional and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They suggested checking the alignment as they should. No adjustment was necessary and the check was free. I will be going back when I need tires for my truck.

This is a fleet vehicle and usually takes quite awhile to get approved. Lane and Joe were fantastic at getting this resolved quickly. Aden the technician could not have been any more professional. - KBK. Scott BrownOct 30, 20251.0⭐ 1 Star — Dishonest and Slow Service Brought my truck here for an oil change, tire rotation, and new tire pressure sensors. They called saying my rear brakes “needed replacing,” but I declined since they’re not that old. Over two hours later (for basic service in an almost empty shop), my truck was finally done. I had another mechanic check my brakes afterward — they’re perfectly fine with plenty of life left. This Mavis tried to upsell unnecessary work and wasted my time. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your vehicle.
