I went in to pick up a couple pre ordered items for the do-it-yourself easy fixes and was greeted so warmly by this really pretty young lady at the checkout and a very fine gentleman named Johnny. They were both so kind, upbeat, welcoming and helpful. Without being asked Johnny even came outside to assist me as my hood lift supports no longer work. Suffice it to state that I strongly recommend this location for exceptional quality in service.

They picture is of the new battery and the receipt.

I have been here several times with my car make model and serial number and was advised the wrong parts. Just a simple air filter! reluctantly return today I heard nothing but the people up front talking and laughing asking someone’s age and just socializing As I was leaving, he did ask “you didn’t find what you wantedI” I was there for about 10 minutes with the app trying to figure out if they had what I wanted.. I’m embarrassed that Advance auto parts is a part of the Cayce community.
