She was not friendly at all, and when my coupon wouldn't work she starting cussing at the computer. I needed my car reset but didnt want to be around her anymore so I pulled into the parking lot and googled how to do it myself. I will be going back to Reidville Rd for my oil changes as they have always been AMAZING!
