I was told tires were available and to come in for install but the ladies at the front desk said the tires weren’t available. Then one of the ladies had the nerve to make a comment when I wasn’t even talking to her. Go to a local shop and don’t waste your time with Mavis they suck.

I went in to the shop thinking I needed an alignment due to some noise while driving. They assessed and determined that my car was fine in that aspect but that my wheel bearing was completely shot on one wheel and all brake pads and rotors were in desperate need of replacement. for the labor and parts, while expensive, they seemed very reasonable for what all was done and they even provided a discount to help with cost. After they completed the service, the noise went away completely. The staff at the desk and the lead tech were just phenomenal!

Been in there several times. Never made it right. Never heard back from manager or cooperate last time we tried to get it fixed.

Also gave me two estimates on new set of tires, one as a replacement of what I have and one for low noise tires, in which I prefer. Also, she informed me of the types and the differences and gave me choices. I love that and she is very informative and helpful. So very appreciative of her!
