Got my tire replaced and they broke the detail off my tire. Then tried to tell me that one tire would cost $185 without labor cost. On top of that they busted my break line and didn’t say anything. I also had to wait four hours for this service when I made an appointment.

I decided to give Mavis a third chance after two poor experiences over the past year, but unfortunately nothing has changed.
This time, I had a blowout on my boat trailer. The spare that was installed was slowly leaking air, so I stopped by this location since it’s close to my house. I parked in the back and explained inside that the tire needed to be removed from the trailer to check for a leak, not just aired up. I was told to pull around to the front and that it wouldn’t be a problem—their air hoses reached and they’d figure it out.
After pulling to the front (with plenty of space and only one car being serviced), they asked which tire it was. I told them it was the driver-side rear trailer tire. At that point, they suddenly said they couldn’t remove it. That’s when I left. If they had listened from the start, I wouldn’t have wasted time pulling around only to be given an excuse. There was no effort to help or provide customer service.
Unfortunately, my previous experiences should have been enough to stop coming back.
On a prior visit, I had a flat tire replaced on the OEM wheel and also requested an alignment, balance, rotation of all four tires, and a check on one TPMS sensor which they replaced. Immediately after leaving, my truck pulled hard to the left—something it did not do before. The next day on I-85 at around 70 mph, the truck began vibrating severely and the TPMS light came on.
When I returned, I was told the vibration was caused by my other tires and that I needed to buy three new ones. They also claimed the TPMS issue was a truck problem, and again blamed the tires for the alignment issue—without even inspecting the vehicle.
I took my 2020 truck to the Toyota dealership instead. Toyota found that two tires were improperly balanced, all four OEM TPMS sensors were intact and one just needed a new battery, and the alignment had been over-adjusted, causing the pull. They corrected everything the same day. Since then, I’ve had no vibration over 70 mph, no pulling, no TPMS warnings, and I did not need to buy new tires. I’ve been running the same setup for over a year with zero issues.
I was hoping this location had turned things around, especially since it’s so close to home, but that clearly isn’t the case. I won’t be back.

I found my tire had a nail in it on a Saturday night. They were open on Sunday and could get me in to fix it. Services was quick and very pleasant with many updates as to progress of getting it fixed. There was no charge for the service and the level of customer service was outstanding. Thanks.

I had a flat tire on Christmas Eve, and Mavis Tire took care of it quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly, professional, and made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciated how fast they got me back on the road, especially on a holiday. Highly recommend!

I feel like I’m being overly generous with the two stars and that’s only because the staff was nice definitely beware the wait time is triple what it is at most places and the price is double or more. They said they couldn’t plug my tire so I bought a new one from them that is extremely over inflated and now my car rides really funny and shakes which it did not do before as it’s only two months old. I bought it brand new so it was not doing this before today. Won’t be going back or recommending. The same tire they sold me for $150 I could’ve bought and had put on for less elsewhere. they also wanted over $250 for the brand I have on from the dealer that I can buy from the manufacturer and have installed for less than $175 I’ve already contacted corporate about the shaking it’s doing now definitely afraid to take it back to them despite them being the ones who did the repair
