- LJLinda JamesDec 22, 20251.0I went to Auto Zone in Boiling Springs to get a battery and some new windshield wiper blades. The gentleman helping me, Troy, was not a pleasure to deal with at all. He was not friendly and acted as if I was a bother to him. I knew every detail about my vehicle, so it wasn't like he had to go above and beyond to help me. He rung me up and asked if they were exchanging the battery, when I said Yes, please, he sighed. When he was finally done with the battery that took longer than it should have, he was about to walk off. I asked politely if he could install the windshield wiper blades to which he sighed again. He did finish installing my battery and wiper blades and I am very thankful for that. I just wish he could have been a little more friendly. I will choose not to visit this location anymore and will take my business right next door to Advanced Auto or down the street to O'Rileys!
