  I unfortunately could not say much good about this location other than the fact it’s open during the day. After having a membership for 9 months I find myself driving to Panache in Beaufort to pay full price for better service and an overall better wash. The majority of the employees here could not be bothered to do a thorough job whether it be at the pre wash stage spraying off MAYBE 1 side of the vehicle, or drying microfiber towels as the clean bin is seemingly always wet still. The GM or manager seems to work hard herself but unfortunately doesn’t seem to have any support.

  Got there right when they opened at 8:00 pulled out to do a single car wash the screen was not working took forever for somebody to actually come out after I press the assist button and then once you realize the screen was frozen she walked back inside came back out finally I paid for my wash then goes oh I need you to pull into the other lane had a back out go into the other lane but she walked away after I paid and she's supposed to scan the thing then finally was able to get in line to get the wash and then nothing happens go through the wash nothing washes it none of the machine goes and then they just yell you just have to try go back around again I was trying to do a quick wash before I had to go to work so I drive all the way back around again and no one's there to greet me to get me through the thing they just stare at me from inside their office window eventually they open up the gate that opens extremely slow pull up have my window down to just ask him what happened the girl in sits there pull in I put it in neutral my windows completely down she immediately throws the machine on and starts pushing me through while my windows down and they just staring at me like I'm the problem they didn't want to attempt to ask and I was trying to talk to him to see what happened very rude very unprofessional service by the attendance we'll never go there again do not recommend it if you have to deal with the people they'll just treat you like you're annoyance for making them actually do something and it's something goes wrong they don't care horrible place to wash after the wash vehicle covered and water and essentially have to wipe everything down and do everything yourself and essentially hand washing your vehicle because it does not do a very good job took 30 mins when there was no other cars

  You can't vacuum your car without paying for a car wash. Which is counterproductive and a waste of money given all the pollen in the air right now

  This car wash was an amazing experience! They do it best when it comes to great hospitality, I am a regular here and it never disappoints! Amelia is an extremely nice and helpful, 5 stars!!
