  I should’ve looked at the reviews instead of making the dumb decision to get my car “washed” here to save some time. Front end and rear of the vehicle were completely untouched by anything in the car wash. You can see where the brushes stopped. Vacuums don’t work, harassed about the monthly wash program. How many times before you accept NO?! Worst $30 eve spent. Close this dump down.

  It broke down then it left a lot of soap still.on the auto.

  It doesn't always clean your whole car. Plus when you drive in they power wash the front, left side and back of your car, but not the right side. I don't get it.

  Don’t know if Management cares or not, but I was handed a “If I made you smile” card by a young black man at the Bluffton Buckwalter Parkway location. He was wearing a black hoodie with “Stuck between IDC, And IDGAF” on the back, then just leaned back against the wall with his hood up and looking down, really did not want to be there. Not a good image for somebody in customer facing position, especially the extreme language on the hoodie.
