- RIRaymond IsbillNov 14, 20251.0Terrible experience. First there was someone out at the machine which said I couldn't select and pay for my own wash. I had to hand them my card so they could run it on a tablet. No fault to the young man he's just doing his job but gen x don't need no help. I almost said no thanks right then but I had already waited in line 20 minutes. Then they couldn't give me a receipt unless I surrendered my phone number. On top of that $30 for the top was was excessive and I am glad i didnt choose it read on to find out why. Next we got into the wash and it was lackluster at best. Many of the foam passes didn't even cover the windshield. The brushes never touched the fiberglass bed cover on my truck so it was still filthy after. On top of that the "air dryers" didn't have enough force to discourage a fly so I had to dry every inch of a full ton truck to prevent water spots. I definitely won't be going back and probably my first and last trip to a zip car wash. I'll go back to hand washing.

I almost instantly received notice via text and email of the transaction, but employee said it ‘didn’t work’, so asked me to insert my card into chip reader again. I Informed him there was a transaction - and showed him the transaction info on my phone. He said to ‘hold on, because it didn’t work, according to this’ (his tablet) He walked inside; was gone 6/7 minutes - came back out - gate still didn’t go up allowing me to enter because the code he obtained from ‘inside’ didn’t work! He went back inside for another 6/7 minutes, with a second employee to solve…never saw employee(s) again, but gate rose; finally. Not sure if this was an attempted ‘con job’ or just incompetence/poor systems, but will never return.

She was so nice and offered a complimentary vacuum. I came in the vacuum area the wrong way 🤦🏾♀️ Lolol, but I didn’t want a wash today due to the weather. I asked her if they took cards just for a vacuum session and that’s when she was so nice to let me use it for free. I’ll definitely be back to get a wash and vacuum when the rain is done pouring. THANK YOU SO MUCH Zoe!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!!
