He’s professional, welcoming, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. You can see his leadership reflected in the team and the smooth, organized service. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. You’re lucky to have him.. I would move him up to training other teams around SC because I don’t always have this good of customer service at other zips.

From the moment I pulled in, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I understood the wash options, and ensured my car was taken care of properly. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this intentional and positive. Curtis’ attitude alone would make me come back, but on top of that, my car came out spotless and shining. Zips is lucky to have him! Highly recommend this location if you want great service and a clean you can actually see.
