    Overall my experience with Zips has been mixed, but there's a superstar at this location. Curtis is terrific...friendly, helpful and he knows what he's doing. He fixed an issue on my account with a smile. Best of all, he remembered my name... amazing. Curtis deserves acknowledgement for the job he is doing.

    Terrible experience. First there was someone out at the machine which said I couldn't select and pay for my own wash. I had to hand them my card so they could run it on a tablet. No fault to the young man he's just doing his job but gen x don't need no help. I almost said no thanks right then but I had already waited in line 20 minutes. Then they couldn't give me a receipt unless I surrendered my phone number. On top of that $30 for the top was was excessive and I am glad i didnt choose it read on to find out why. Next we got into the wash and it was lackluster at best. Many of the foam passes didn't even cover the windshield. The brushes never touched the fiberglass bed cover on my truck so it was still filthy after. On top of that the "air dryers" didn't have enough force to discourage a fly so I had to dry every inch of a full ton truck to prevent water spots. I definitely won't be going back and probably my first and last trip to a zip car wash. I'll go back to hand washing.
