I had an unfortunate experience at this location and initially tried to resolve it through the site manager and regional manager, but it wasn’t handled at that time. I then decided to reach out to the CEO via email. I received an incredibly quick response from the CEO, Pete Nani, and was later contacted by Fred Brewster, the Director of Asset Protection. Both of them showed me nothing but respect throughout the process. They took the situation seriously, conducted a thorough investigation, and ensured everything was handled with integrity and professionalism. Because of the way these two leaders addressed the issue, I will remain a loyal customer of Zips Car Wash despite the original incident. Their commitment to doing the right thing truly stands out.

He’s always professional and gives a great impression of the place. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Cathy, was very disappointing. As soon as I arrived and began explaining that I needed to replace the windshield sticker for my monthly car wash plan, she started shaking her head and laughing with other employees in a mocking way. It was unprofessional and disrespectful. The company should really take a look at their staff. The unpleasant attitude of the manager makes me not want to keep my membership there, which is unfortunate given how great Joseph has been.
- BCBarb CasselsOct 13, 20251.0They are luck to get 1 star, Went to the location on Fording Island Rd, we paid extra for the rims on the truck, Did a HORRIBLE job, went back and told the guy he we went to talk to his manager to see if they would be able to rectify this. His manager was a female & Looked and seen we had Ontario plates and said NO she looked at her co-worker another female and started laughing. Great employees this company has. This is our 2nd home and to be treated like this is so uncalled for! I will be emailing the owners.
