  Fantastic experience at Volvo Hilton head! Recently purchased vehicle with a help of Vilda, she was super friendly and accommodating, financial guys were nice and throughout. Probably the best car buying experience that I ever had, never felt any unnecessary pressure that you normally get from dealerships. Everything went flawless, I love my new car, would definitely recommend guys at Hilton Head Volvo 👍

  Always a great experience at this dealership. We had our S60 serviced, a few recommendations were made, however I was not pressured into agreeing to all, John, Service Advisor, took the time to explain and prioritize each one.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. From my initial internet inquiry with Coleman to walking off the floor with the keys, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. As first-time Volvo buyers, we truly appreciated how easy and well-organized everything felt. Fritz made the financial deal straightforward and stress-free, Adam was a great sales representative throughout the process, and Stephanie did an excellent job explaining the vehicle's features. The entire team was knowledgeable, attentive, and snappy dressers—clearly taking pride in their work. I’m a long-time GM buyer and have been around many car transactions over the years, but this dealership set a high bar. The quality and comfort of our new 2026 XC90 Volvo is outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

  We had a fantastic experience with Volvo Cars Hilton Head. While searching online for a pre-owned Lexus GX460 last Saturday, we came across this dealership-4 hours away in Hilton Head, South Carolina and decided to reach out. From the start, our salesman Chevy was outstanding working alongside internet salesman, Coleman, and manger to secure the best out the door price. Chevy stayed in touch throughout the process, and kept everything on track until we were able to make the drive to Hilton Head on Wednesday. When we arrived, Chevy had the Lexus pulled up front, cleaned, gassed up-ready for our arrival! We did have a request. We asked if the vehicle could be put on a lift, so my husband could inspect the underside for peace of mind. Carlos, from the Service Department was incredibly accommodating. He went around the car, checking the undercarriage, measuring the tire tread and inspecting the brake pads. Everything looked great and so we proceeded with a test drive. Fast forward, everything continued smoothly and we wrapped up the purchase with Lexi and finance. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Thank you Volvo Cars Hilton Head
