  I had one of Safelite Techs (Von Young)  come out to replace a windshield in my vehicle.  First thing , he was on time arriving early. He was very Professional and Knowledgeable on the repair of my windshield. I was nervous about the weather , but Technician Von assured me that he would have it completed in a good time. This made me feel good . It’s a Great feeling when you have someone younger, who treats my car like his property . Taking care of it !! I wanted to give him a good review (5-Stars/10’s across the board). I wanted to let someone know that Von is an Ambassador for Safelite. Great Customer Service, from my first call into office and dealing with scheduling service. Outstanding Customer Service! Great job!! L.J. Grant

  The windshield on my vehicle was replaced but the rear-view mirror did not fit the bracket that came with the new windshield. The technician left the rear-view mirror on my passenger seat and gave the keys back to us and told us it did not fit but there is nothing they can do. This was unacceptable and I had to call my insurance company to have them get involved with the replacement performed. After two more days Safelight replaced the rear-view mirror with a new one but in my opinion, this should have been completed at installation.

  Safelite made the process of replacing my car's windshield was very easy. When I called to request service, my insurance claim was handled efficiently, so that I dropped off my car the next morning and picked it up later that day. Communication was excellent as I received both text and email alerts as each step was completed. I appreciated that Safelite also kept any decals/stickers that were on my old windshield, so that I could reapply then as needed. Finally, the technician followed up to ensure I was satisfied and to request any feedback. Great job and I highly recommend this Safelite location.

  This place is a total ripoff. I took two cars with windshield stone hits... Instead of filling in the holes, they just used the equivalent of fingernail polish to paint the hole, leaving the hole in the windshield. Each car was $175 for three minutes of work... This place is a scam. Buyer beware. What a cash cow for hustling idiots like me...

  The whole experience, from start to finish, was extremely easy and painless. Plus, Ronald did a great job communicating with me prior to his arrival, was very professional and efficient! This wasn’t my first time using Safelite, and it certainly won’t be my last!
