Then come to find out a month later after breaking down they did faulty work, I took it back to them once I could and they refused to fix it because of something they didn't even let me know was wrong or offered to fix it. I went through with claims and got denied because I could no longer afford to keep the vehicle because of how much work needed to be done to fix the car. I will never take my car to this Goodyear or any other Goodyear again in life.

When we called Tim kindly walked across the street with a power jumper unit and started our truck after which they were able to replace the battery for us quickly and got us back on the road. We really appreciated their kindness.

After calling to confirm they had our tire in stock, we brought in the loose wheel and they had us in and out in about 20 mins. They even took the time to verify the location our TPMS sensor to make sure it wasn’t damaged during the process. Great service!!
