I was checked in again and then told that my license was cracked and it was only bent. You could still read everything. Also told by rental associate that she needed to take a picture of my license and send to boss, then she would get back with me. Sat outside for over 40 minutes while she left the building multiple times with no answer. My rider went in to check and she told her she was looking for me. Untruth. Then told her to tell me to go to the DMV and get a new one. I have used this license at the Beaufort location with no issues. Beaufort Enterprise please get more vehicles in stock cause I will never go back to this location.
