  every thing - right from meeting Tracy at the front desk and Josh doing the work on my car. I trained customer service reps for a living and they are the best. Work done on my car was top notch - even the inside was immaculate - detailing was excellent

  Above and beyond! We were going on a work trip and I needed to add another driver to the reservation. It was pretty annoying that my coworker had to drive 45 minutes to meet me at Enterprise Rent-A-Car just to show her ID, but I understand — policy is policy. I think it’s hard to find good customer service, much less customer service that exceeds expectations anymore. Our pickup reservation was set for 11:30 AM, and they were very busy and didn’t get to us until about 11:50. By the time my coworker was pulling out to head back home, it was easily 12:15 — and this location had already closed at noon. As she was pulling out, one of the employees waved her down because he noticed her back tire was flat. He asked her to drive around, inflated the tire for her, and recommended a tire shop. This was after his quitting time. He easily could have thought, “Oh well, there she goes on a flat tire,” and gone home, but instead he went above and beyond. It really struck me that in this day and age someone would stay beyond their shift to help with something that wasn’t even part of their job responsibilities. We were both incredibly appreciative and have already shared this story with others. The small procedural headaches we had were completely dwarfed by the excellent customer service offered at this location!

  I picked up my car today . Jordan was truly an amazing representative . She was friendly ,answered all my questions . This was an easy, great experience . Jordan is a diamond in the Rough, truly made the experience, with no pressure .. Never let her go . Thank you.

  100% friendly and service was beyond exceptional. I left in a better mood than how I came in. For a grumpy old guy, that is impressive. That Bluffton location and the crew there rocks 100%. I was so happy with the 2026 Durango, I never got a photo. Now, I want to trade my car in after 1 year from the Enterprise Pre-owned. There are some fantastic deals. You have swayed me on this and I like it. I don't know what else to say. It's all about loyalty, not royalty. You have mine.

  My car is in the shop getting a fender bender repaired so I’ve gotta say that I’m very impressed with the entire facility and the attitude of the staff I’ve had interactions with both Nick as well as Ezra, who I believe is the manager They’re just very professional and friendly The “one star reviews” seem to come from communication errors during busy times, but if you look at the big picture reviews, they’re kind of like mine where the staff is on top of things and just great customer service vehicle super clean
