    Stopped in to get topped off at $20.44 cents of fuel . Looked at my credit card and I was carded the fuel amount plus $151.00 for a hold . I don't mind a hold but $151.00 is too much. I only got $20 of fuel. I said something about it to a guy pumping fuel next to me . He check his charges on his cc and discovered to same thing. I them was informed by the Pilot station mgr that all Pilot station do this. Ya got me once but ya won't get me ever again.

    As someone who travels and reviews places, safety is always my top priority. I want others ,especially travelers unfamiliar with the area to feel informed before visiting. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location if you’re new to the area. While I understand that regulars or people who work nearby may feel comfortable here, my experience was very different. The area felt unsafe and gave off a sketchy vibe. Aka( it’s very ghetto) 😿 At one point, a man drove past my car multiple times, appearing to watch it as if he might try something. Thankfully, a police officer parked nearby during that moment, which made me feel a bit more secure so I’m very grateful for that. To be fair, the staff and people I briefly interacted with were polite and welcoming. However, the location itself is not somewhere I would feel comfortable visiting again, especially at night. If you’re a traveler, I would strongly advise using caution and avoiding this place after dark. Your safety should always come first. Please don’t take offense if you’re the owner or someone familiar with this location. My intention is simply to keep others safe. I’m very direct in my reviews and always aim to give 100% honest feedback based on my personal experience.

    Just a disaster. The credit readers at every pump broken, no signs and chaos in the lot. The cashier had trouble with finding bat codes and stared at a pizza box like it was an enigma. Some pilots are good, some bad. This one bad.
