- BABrandon AndersonSep 27, 20251.0Today I had the pleasure of getting waited on by a lady with extremely long nails who just kind of shifted her fingers like I was some underlying to come over so she could ring me up. The negative energy from this woman who basically acts like she's the customer's boss was very unsettling. This happened around 12:10 PM and as I put my card n the card reader and it starts going through she says, "Wait until it's approved before you leave." I've never been instructed by anybody to do that and I have to be quite honest, this is no way to talk to customers. How about you wait till it's not approved to tell me I need to run my card again. If you hate working so much, stay home. I'm sure this is not the first complaint this pilot has had in regards to her.
