The negative energy from this woman who basically acts like she's the customer's boss was very unsettling. This happened around 12:10 PM and as I put my card n the card reader and it starts going through she says, "Wait until it's approved before you leave." I've never been instructed by anybody to do that and I have to be quite honest, this is no way to talk to customers. How about you wait till it's not approved to tell me I need to run my card again. If you hate working so much, stay home. I'm sure this is not the first complaint this pilot has had in regards to her.
