A line of like 4 people waiting and I needed just the simplest thing and its behind the counter. I just needed to get in and out quickly. About 15 min later the 2 other knuckle heads male & female come back in the store from their smoke laughing break. Management & employees these days only seem too care about a pay check and not customer service. Theirs a napa and now an auto zone in town. Oreillys soon too open also. I give this place 6 months after oreillys opens and that place gonna be closed. For the time in.my duration living in town ill support the other stores. The last few times ive been in their its like the employees are zombies. Just machines walking around or the customer isn't being pay attention too.

I went in and the young lady behind the counter greeted me & was very nice. I asked for rear spring shackles for my husband's truck. She looked it up and said she couldn't find them on the computer. I then repeated everything too her. Again, I have no listing she replied. She seemed not too have much automotive knowledge. I asked if the other lady standing behind the other counter that seemed too not be paying much attention but was really indulged in her cell phone pretty good could give you a hand at looking it up. The young lady then replied shes our store manager & mam we dont have a listing for them. I said okay have a nice day. I then went up the street too the auto zone they just opened. I gave them the vehicle information and they had 2 of them in stock. I purchased them. Once I got home I called advance auto in hartsville and they had them in stock, I kindly asked does the bishopville store have any, the gentleman replied yes mam they do. I thanked him for his time. I think the bishopville employees need too be more trained at looking parts up and store managers need too be more attentive too employess at the counter. Even though the young lady at the bishopville store was very polite and nice. We will continue too buy our parts at advance, but we will support the hartsville store.
