- TSTeresa SimmonsJul 18, 20254.0As I arrived and got out my vehicle to walk in the store, I was greeted out in the parking lot from your staff Albert who were very friendly and helpful letting me know which light bulb I needed to replace. When I entered the store, I was confused because there were three staff standing at the counter in which they kind of passed me off to one another although they were playing among each other about who would take care of me. Then finally O'Rock stepped in to assist me as Edwardo took it among himself to change my light bulb out. I really appreciate how they stepped in to make my visit much better.
