  As I arrived and got out my vehicle to walk in the store, I was greeted out in the parking lot from your staff Albert who were very friendly and helpful letting me know which light bulb I needed to replace. When I entered the store, I was confused because there were three staff standing at the counter in which they kind of passed me off to one another although they were playing among each other about who would take care of me. Then finally O'Rock stepped in to assist me as Edwardo took it among himself to change my light bulb out. I really appreciate how they stepped in to make my visit much better.

  The only reason this place gets a 2nd star is because they had what I was looking for. I needed a battery replaced in my vehicle. I know how to do this myself, but following recent health issues I needed help specifically with lifting the old one out and the new one in. The gentleman that they sent to help me couldn't find his --- with two hands and a map. Mind you, this is the SECOND store I went to this day because the gentleman at the store on Martintown and Atomic road didn't know how to take the old one out ... Back to this guy. He didn't know right tightly, lefty loosy. He didn't know where to put the terminal grease. He could fasten the locking bar over the battery because he kept spinning the nut the wrong way. When he thought he was done he said, there you go but the positive terminal needed tightening because he was turning it the wrong way. so I took his wrench and did it myself so the car didn't die going down the road. I didn't have my toolbox with me since it was my wife's car but I checked things when I got home and I still had to tighten things up. All of this excluded the fact that the store manager was rude and short with me on top of everything else. She was even rude to the other employees, yelling at them in front of customers and everything.

  Rodrigo was extremely helpful! Keep him on the staff please!! Last time I came in there the little boys in there weren’t worth a flip. This time was a complete turn around. Not only did the guy cashing me out know what i was talking about but he had friendly and helpful advise and directed me to Rodrigo. I definitely appreciate their help!
