  Excellent customer service from Alex! My wife and I got a flat tire on the way to Beaufort for vacation and had to get the tire patched. Alex took care of us in a very quick and efficient manner so we could get back to vacation. I would recommend this Mavis to anyone in the area needing tires, brakes, alignment, etc. Thanks Alex and team for taking care of us!

  Tim and his crew pulled me in and out in no time. Tim gave me my best options for the type of tires and gave me exactly what tires I needed. Very respectful from the moment I walked in. The work was amazing. They were in sync with the work being done. The quality of these tires is exceptional. They provide excellent grip on both wet and dry surfaces, which gives me confidence while driving. The tread design efficiently channels water away, minimizing the risk of hydroplaning. Thank you Tim, NTB, and crew!

  After a very stressful experience with two flat tires, I’m so glad Beaufort Towing recommended towing me to NTB. Alex and his team were incredibly helpful in assessing the damage to my tires and recommending replacements that closely matched the other two that were still in good condition. They were able to take care of everything in about an hour, which I truly appreciated after such a long and stressful situation. Alex was personable, kind, and very reassuring while I was visibly stressed. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made me feel confident that my car would be taken care of. He even reset my car’s dashboard screen after the new tires were installed. I’m so grateful I was brought to NTB and would highly recommend Alex and his team to anyone experiencing car trouble!

  I had the best experience at Mavis Tire & Brakes when my friend and I were dealing with the stress of two emergency flat tires while traveling. Alex, the manager, was an absolute lifesaver. He was incredibly kind, calm, and helpful during what could have been a really overwhelming situation. Alex and the team got everything fixed in under an hour and had us safely back on the road in no time. I also really appreciated how respectful and patient Alex was while explaining everything. It can sometimes feel intimidating going to a car repair shop, but Alex made the whole experience comfortable and straightforward. This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a car repair shop. Huge thank you to Alex and the team for turning a stressful moment into such a positive one!

  So I came in on a Friday and paid for my tires and alignment, scheduled everything for Sunday afternoon. And I couldn't have been happier with my service. Between Daniele up front making everything go smoothly, to the technician Jack who went above and beyond not only to make sure I was satisfied with my tires, but made sure to align my vehicle to the absolute best that it could be. (I am going to have to buy some aftermarket control arms.) The whole experience I absolutely loved and I won't be going anywhere else for my tires from now on.!!!! Highly advise going there!!!
