  I had an outstanding service from the Enterprise Beaufort team! I rented a car from their Savannah airport branch and was driving to Charleston when one of the tires blew. Since this location was nearby, I came in with the flat tire hoping they could help. The staff immediately assessed the situation and directed me to a nearby mechanic they partner with. It turned out the tire couldn’t be patched and a standard replacement tire wasn’t available. Only a more expensive brand was available and the auto repair shop was unable to get approval for it through the Enterprise corporate portal. The local manager immediately stepped in and said he would handle the internal follow-up. Instead of making me wait several more hours for a tow truck and a replacement vehicle, he coordinated directly with the auto shop and approved the higher-quality tire so I could get back on the road much sooner. I did end up waiting about 3 hours in total, but it could have easily been much longer without their flexibility and initiative. Really appreciate the customer-first approach and problem-solving here.

  Don’t plan your day around these guys. I called the local Car Rental yesterday but it went to their call center. After the third call, I finally found someone who could make a reservation for me. I scheduled a 10 o’clock drop off at the Marina as we are on a boat I have no other transportation. At 10:05 I called the local rental center and finally got an answer. They claimed they had tried to call me to inform me they had no cars for rent. It turns out they haven’t had a car for rent for over a week according to the manager. This place is poorly managed and I suggest you try to find somewhere else. Good luck. They’re the only place in the area. This is what you get when there’s no competition. Zero stars for me.

  always have a great experience at this location! the manager is great and super helpful (i’m so sorry i don’t remember his name) but wonderful! a huge shout out to Jarves - great associate and wonderful customer service! :)

  I had reserved a full-size SUV several months in advance for a one-way rental to Port Canaveral for a cruise, with a return rental scheduled at the end of the trip. Unfortunately, I was contacted just two days before pickup and informed that all full-size SUVs had been reassigned to the Masters Golf Tournament at the direction of corporate. While I understand that high-demand events can impact inventory, this situation was handled poorly. Customers with longstanding reservations should be prioritized, and it would have been reasonable to set aside vehicles to honor existing commitments. This experience reflects a lack of consideration for customer planning and expectations.

  I had an amazing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car thanks to Jack and Jarves. From start to finish, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. They took the time to answer all my questions, made the process quick and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to come across service like this—both of them truly did everything right. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a hassle-free and positive rental experience!
