It started with a fake membership ad that claimed "unlimited car washes" only to find out it's not MY membership, it's the vehicle's. Then they insisted that downloading their app would make everything simpler. My phone was locked up for three days "downloading" it. My next trip I cancelled my membership and tried to pay cash. "Sorry, only credit cards." There's a HUGE sign on the front of the building "Free Vacuums"... No mention of "only with a wash" but I was barely out of my car when a woman started screaming at me that I can't use the vacuum. I've never written a negative review before, but somehow the owner needs to know how their customers are being treated.
