Car was making load roaring noise & literally shut down. I was able to creep slowly home. Sat on hold for 30 mins. And got disconnected. Called again and finally the manager picked up. Waiting for Alex to view footage and get back to me! Car needs to be towed! Horrible frustrating experience.

I called and he said he is going to try and get me a refund, but he said most likely all he can do is offer a discount on the next change. **EDITED to add they never called me back.
