I have taken my Buick Lasabre,, Nissan Altima, Nissan Sentra, Honda civic coupe and my now Nissan Altima but the last few times a guy named Dylan didn’t want to put my sticker on the windshield. He handed it to me to put on. I told him that’s his job. I pay $99 for the service and that’s a part of it. He said no you paid for the oil change. I really feel it’s disrespectful for him to expect me to do it. I asked for the customer service number and he told my car is finished so pull forward out of the bay. He was unbothered by my concern. Then pointed to a number that was not for quick lube service. He is bad for business, and his attitude is not customer service. I’m looking for a different location because this location isn’t meeting my expectations anymore. Thanks for the years of service but it’s time for me to move on.
