  I typically come here to get my oil changed and it’s great. I came last week to get my oil changed and there were two new employees I had never seen before. One employee took 15 minutes to check my engine filter, which I told her I already got it changed during the last 6 months at this establishment. She told me she put it on upside down and that if it made noise to just “get down there and change it.” I told her I don’t know how to do that so she got a drill and fixed it. My family and I left for a trip and noticed 4 hours into the trip that the skid plate was hanging off. We had to stop at a car shop and they said that we would have to end up getting a new one because it was installed incorrectly and had gotten beat up. Very disappointed.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Valvoline. I came in for a routine oil change and waited about 20 minutes just to be pulled into the service bay. That was frustrating enough, but things only got worse from there. Without explaining what they were doing, the technician opened my hood and poured windshield washer fluid into my radiator. I didn’t even realize what had happened until they later told me they had put washer fluid into the radiator because the cap was blue, apparently blaming the color of the cap (which was from the previous owner). A colored cap is not an excuse for confusing the radiator with the washer fluid reservoir. Basic vehicle components and their locations should be fundamental knowledge for anyone performing automotive service. I specifically came in for an oil change. At no point did I request radiator service. When I questioned why they were touching anything related to the radiator, it became clear that the technician did not seem to understand where the radiator or washer fluid reservoir is typically located on a vehicle. That is extremely concerning. To make matters worse, after admitting they put washer fluid in the radiator, they then tried to upsell me a radiator flush costing $110 to fix the mistake they created. Instead of immediately taking responsibility and resolving the issue at no charge, they attempted to charge me for it. The situation became heated and unprofessional. A simple oil change turned into an avoidable mistake and a stressful confrontation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this Valvoline location Added - To make matters worse, I later discovered that they placed negative notes about me in the Valvoline system. I only became aware of this when I visited a different Valvoline location and saw it on their computer. The staff at that location told me that if caught early, the situation could have been resolved easily by using an evacuator to remove the contaminated fluid before the engine was started, a much simpler fix than what I was led to believe.

  Everyone involved with my oil change were super friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Definitely a long time customer

  Great experience and very professional staff. Only recommendation is that try to not get dirty fingerprints all over the exterior paint of the car. Or at least take time to wipe them off when finished. I cleaned them off when I got home otherwise I would post pictures.

  The service technicians Christian, Alfred and Jerome were very professional and efficient and friendly. The equipment was amazing. Never had an oil change where the drain plug does not have to be removed . Very efficient!
