Jim gave me a cold water bottle as soon as I pulled up and it really turned my entire day around because I was stressing and panicking really hard at the time and for some reason that cold water grounded me and took alot of the stress away. Made my life so much better all around and they are great people too. I am still thinking about that interaction 12 hours later. An amazing experience for sure. I went on November 6th, at 3pm
