Carrie the Store manager is fantastic! She helped me out with my van getting brakes and rotors for a great deal and the service was done quickly. She runs a great shop and knows the business inside and out. I highly recommend coming here.

I got my brake done at ntb and it make squeaky noise every time I hit the brake. I had to come back three time but they won’t able to fix the issue. Thankfully Carrie the manager help me replace
the entire brake and rotor front and back and now the car work perfect again.

Never again. Every single time I bring it here and get a quote the FNG minute they touch it it’s double/triples and then I always have to bring back later for more. So much brake fluid spilled everywhere they almost caught my truck on fire. And reservoir was so empty my brakes almost completely cavitated…… It looked like kids were bleeding the brakes. Wildly under qualified. Here and there location in Myrtle beach. They do the same stuff. Probably shouldn’t be messing with brakes and axles if you can’t change a belt.
My old man had a mechanic shop in Beaufort for 30 years. If I didn’t just have brain surgery I would done all this myself. Since they have had my truck 5 times this year alone and only discover things once they have done something small. But somehow didn’t see before. Spent over $4k with them this year. Still basically can’t drive the vehicle amazing.
So another $800 for calipers. That’s crazy talk. Calipers are $40 each. Less than 100 for pair. Plus you were just there working. Won’t recommend calipers but will do A front end alignment on something that needs ball joints and has two broken CV axles that makes a whole Lotta sense. Then try and charge me for another Front end alignment.
I’ve done business here for years. Not no more. Especially when I have to replace shocks that are only a year old and I asked y’all to save all the parts because I want all the old parts and then I still don’t get the old parts. Makes them seem kind of fishy.

I see a lot of great reviews on here. Unfortunately, I can’t give one. I won’t go into deep details. But I will give you a list of reasons I can’t give a good review. As a retired ASE Master Certified Technician with over 35 years experience, I have knowledge many don’t have, so I feel this is a warning.
I will say the staff at the desk seem to be helpful and friendly.
#1 Wheels over torqued. Not by a few foot pounds of torque, but over double recommended specs. Many reasons this is bad, but also a huge safety factor. This happened even after I asked if they “Hand Torque” (using a calibrated hand torque wrench) on all their wheels, with the answer “Yes” from the person selling me the tires.
They claim they use a device called “Torque Sticks”. These sticks are very popular and have many factors to their accuracy. But every maker has a warning of use label or paperwork stating that “Torque Sticks” should NEVER be used as a “Final Torque”. While I was there to pick up my vehicle, I stood at the window and watched 2 different vehicles get tires installed and neither time did I see a torque stick used nor a final hand torque (using a calibrated hand torque wrench) done.
#2 Charged $99.96 to balance 4 tires I just purchased from them. In my 35+ years, I never worked at a dealership or independent shop that charged extra to balance tire you just purchased from them. It has always been part of the price quoted at time of purchase.
#3 I was charged $39.96 for valves stems they said they replaced. I know for a fact that mine were not replaced because mine were marked with a white paint pen the last time my tires were rotated and those same marked valve stems are still on my car.
